Pocket Sort privacy

Pocket Sort is a puzzle game by Alun Graves. It does not require a game account and includes no advertising, analytics or chat.

On your device

Puzzle progress, scores and preferences are stored on your device. They are not sent to us and do not sync between devices. Removing the app or clearing browser storage may remove this progress.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional Full Game purchase. The app reads Apple-verified purchase information to enable paid features. We do not receive your payment-card details. Restore Purchases asks Apple to check purchases for your Apple Account. Purchase restoration does not restore puzzle progress.

Sharing

The game creates achievement images on your device and temporarily stores a GIF in its app cache when needed. Sharing happens only when you choose it. The receiving app handles the file under its own privacy policy. Achievement images contain the game name, difficulty and game statistics, not your name or account details.

Support enquiries

If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send so we can reply and resolve your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. You can contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence.

Contact and deletion

Contact: support@crypsight.io. You can remove local puzzle data by deleting the app or clearing its browser storage. Apple manages purchase records under its own policies.
